Natural Generation: Covid19 Response

As Covid19 is now causing much disruption across the UK, Natural Generation has been working hard to cause as little disruption as possible to our customers

As I am sure you are aware Covid19 is now causing much disruption across the UK

Natural Generation has been working hard to cause as little disruption as possible to our customers, however this is and will be challenging as we move forward.  We have so far put in place the ability to split our head office into seperate working teams, as we are lucky enough to have this space available to us here in Perranporth.  Second to this we have given all head office staff the ability to work from home using laptops and phones connected to our phone system.

Where possible we are keeping technicians in the same working pairs so as to limit any possible spread of the Covid19.

Could we ask that for the time being you communicate with us or the technicians on site via phone or from a safe distance as specified by the Government. This is to protect you and our technicians from possible spread.  Our main line is  01872 571700

If you do not wish us to carry out any works on your land/property, please let us know at your earliest convenience.

As communicated previously, Natural Generation has over 1million of stock inventory and it is our feeling that with this stock and the measures in place to protect you and our staff,  we should only feel small effects from the situation. If this situation changes I will be back in touch.
